Opening Reception for "Imagination or Reality"

"Imagination or Reality" will open to the public Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 6-9pm, coinciding with the weekly Scottsdale ArtWalk. The evening will feature a special reception celebrating the featured artists, as well as an opportunity to meet the artists and curator.

"Imagination or Reality",  an exhibition that examines visions shaped by truth and illusion, centered around a dynamic and spirited group of artists. The artists explore the fine line (often blurred) between what is imagined and what is real. The exhibition challenges viewers to confront the nature of truth, perception and possibility through visual storytelling, abstraction and conceptual expression. Typically we define "Imagination" as the ability of the mind to create images, ideas, that are not immediately present to the senses, whereas "Reality" is the state of things as they actually exist," explains Royse.
